BELIEF
There is only one God, eternally existent in three person: Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
The Bible is God’s inspired, inerrant and authoritative Word for all matters of Christian faith and life.
Mankind (both male and female) was created in the image of God, but by voluntary disobedience fell from perfection. All humans are sinful and thus alienated from the blessings and favor of God. Being born-again by the spirit is absolutely essential for salvation.
Water baptism, by immersion is an outward manifestation of an inward spiritual event.
The Lord’s Supper (Holy Communion) is a commemoration of the body and blood of the Lord Jesus Christ by the symbolical use of the bread and juice of the vine.
It is our sacred duty to identify ourselves with the church of the Lord Jesus Christ. The local church is the primary base of operation for the proclamation of the Gospel. Through Christ, there is true spiritual unity of all believers.
The method ordained of God for the support and spread of the Gospel is by giving tithes and free-will offerings.
There is a Heaven and Hell, and there will be eternal judgment for all people, both living and the dead.
CREED
We believe that the evidence of our faith and love is demonstrated by our personal encounter with God, evidenced by our love for one other. (1John 4:7; John 15:13; John 13:35)
We believe that the Bible is the Word of God infallible, and inerrant. (1Peter 1:21; Psalms 119:89; Matthew 24:35)
We believe and practice the great commission by engaging in evangelistic out reach efforts. (Matthew 28:19-20; Acts 1:8)
We faithfully follow the teachings of the Bible by our obedience to His will. (James 1:22a; Luke 6:47; Romans 2:14)
We actively praise Jesus and believe His is the way to heaven. (John 12:32; John 14:6)
We faithfully encourage members to practice the principles as instructed in Acts 2:42-47.
